Londis Dundalk (Quay St) require a part time Deli Assistant to join their amazing team. (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. As a Deli Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our deli department. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving deli products, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli products.
  
• Assist customers in selecting deli items and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area.
  
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure product quality.
  
• Monitor and manage deli inventory, rotating stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and deliver outstanding service.
  
• Operate deli equipment such as slicers and scales safely and efficiently.
