Timothy's Londis, Roscommon Town requires a full-time Evening Store Supervisor to join their amazing team. 

Previous supervisory experience required. 

5 Shifts over 7 days.

SUPERVISORY

• Supervise the activities of the Off License. Full Training can be provided. 
• Supervise the activities of the retail sales team on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to an appropriate level
• To supervise the effective induction and training of employees
• Assist the Store Manager in the effective management of retail sales team performance

• Previous supervisory experience
• Operational knowledge of retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• An understanding of consumer needs
• Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation
• Committed to continually improving standards
• Self-motivated & ambitious
• Computer literate
