Londis Carlow seek an experienced Butcher to join our Team. The ideal candidate must show passion and flair for food and Butchery.

The successful candidate must have the necessary legal permissions to work in Ireland.

CUSTOMER CARE

• To serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional standard of customer care
• To communicate with the customers in an effective and welcoming manner
• Ensure products are served to customers in line with Food Hygiene Requirements

OPERATIONAL

• Work with the Butchery team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the department
• HACCP duties
• Food preparation
• Menu/product development
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Merchandise and present the Butchery department to the highest standard at all times

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to use initiative
• Sound judgement with the ability to make decisions
• Self-motivated
• Good attention to detail
