Office / HR Administrator

Job description

We are seeking for a permanent Office / HR Administrator to join our team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, preparing cash for bank, data entry and reporting, food safety and health & safety administration. HR responsibilities include but not limited to interviewing, onboarding, training, and compliance.

You may be required to provide shop floor support during busy periods.

Working Hours: 25/30 or a 35-hour contract depending on your preference and availability.

Working Time: start time can be 7am, 8am or 9am, depending on your preference. The role requires to work Monday to Friday (including every second bank holiday).

Job requirements

The ideal candidate would have some management and/ or HR experience, excellent communication, computer skills and experience along with the ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative.

We are a well-established convenience store and fresh food outlet, operating on Parkgate Street, Dublin 8, within 2 minutes’ walk of the Luas red line, Heuston Station, and many bus stops. We have been trading for 20 over years (Parkgate Street).
