TRAINEE TEAM LEAD – AFTERNOON’S (2pm -10.30pm)

The Role

You will First complete basic training on all three departments, Main department, Subway and the deli, you will then progress to advanced training on the main department which will become your primary department, This will consist of key holding, opening and closing the shop advanced cash controls, security advanced training etc.

The training you complete on the subway and deli will be to facilitate Cross department support and supervision.

This is a hands-on role, there will be no back office or admin duties required, you will work alongside your teammates and complete all the same daily tasks, such as serving, packing, cleaning, health and safety and security, except you will be responsible for the shift and for supervision of team members.

This can be a full-time or Part time position on permanent contract offering 20 - 40 hours per week Depending on your preference and availability.

You must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week out of 7 including at least1 weekend shift. This is mostly an afternoon

The Right Person

The preferred candidate would have some experience in retail and or management, along with a passion and drive to advance in this business. You must have a good proficiency of the English language, and good communications.

This is a responsible role and would involve key holding opening and closing the store as well as staff supervision once basic training has been completed.
